I've been 'on' for about 2 years now. I had low test levels, and the doc sent me to an endo. He prescribed me test, 200mgs weekly. My new insurance plan no longer covers the test, but I do get a HUGE (LOL) 10% discount. Needless to say, I buy it at other venues now. But if I was never prescribed this in the first place, I wouldn't have stayed on like this at all. Anyone considering hrt should first consult with a doctor in real life. If the doctor you are seeing is not able to answer all your questions, then I would see a new doctor.
I still cycle of course, but in between cycles I use my hrt. I feel personally, that the 200mgs was great, but felt just as good on 150mgs. I came completely clean for nearly 3 months and I felt like crap! Depression. I even had to start taking zoloft. It's exactly how I felt before hrt and talking to the doctors! Needless to say, I'm back on my therapy, and the zoloft is no longer needed. Although I still use P7, but that's just because it's a great product and helps me sleep, nothing to do with anxiety or depression.
