there is a whole pct forum but

1)hcg during-to keep testes from ever atrophying in the first place

2)clomid after

3)depends on what u are on and how bad u react to gyno. if u are sensitive start at .5mg ed or 1mg. as for nolva i like to only use it when needed during the cycle when gyno starts it will get rid of it. it has worked for me everytime. also, nolva after your cycle is a great idea also

It's conflicting information. I guys states hcg during not after the other sticky says after not during.

personally I'd prob settle for 500iu eod for last 3 weeks of cycle. Give it 5-6 days to clear then start a nolva/clomid combo for 4 weeks.

nolva 20mg 4 weeks
Clomid 50/100/50/(50 if required)

So thats a pretty low dose hcg I think. I think problems from hcg come from taking too much per dose, and using it too much.

HCG will keep you shut down, SO WHY USE IT DURING PCT?

I will not go so far as to say HCG is a waste, but my 1st cycle PCT was nolva, 2nd was nolva/clomid, and I had no problems and little loss.

YMMV, but my balls were fine, even through 13 weeks of Test.

Hmmmm.....I've never used HCG, I just posted a thread a week ago about dosage recommendations. My first cycle was Prop only for 8 weeks and I didn't even do PCT, lol. Second cycle was Cyp only with a Nolva only PCT. My third cycle will be 4 weeks of Nolva for PCT and Adex at .5mgED throughout-Extra nolva and clomid on hand. My balls are the same size since I left high school, so I've never had a need for HCG.

hcg during cycle 500 iu, every 5 days has worked very well for me and several athletes i work with.

It seems there really is a HCG debate.

Lots of people feel its not needed at all. Yet other feel it is a must.

Anyone else have an opinion?

people will tell you during some will say post cycle. its very confusing
