A Hail Mary is when you're with a girl right, and you're exclusive or whatever but you don't wanna get married or anything like that yet or have kids, and the condom breaks or you don't use one or whatever and oops she gets pregnant!

And THEN she's like ooooooohhh I don't believe in abortion, it's against my VALUES!!! And I need to get married I can't be a single mother!

When what she really means is "Haha! You're my bitch now you have to marry me."

So then you're screwed your whole life is spinning before your eyes, how do you get out of this????

So she says, "OK! I love you! " when what did she really just do??

She LIED to you. She said it was against her values to have an abortion and then as soon as you mentioned the ring well then where did her values go?????

So you take her to the clinic and have the abortion, then you tell her you can't marry someone who does not respect themselves enough to stick to their values.

Naw, nothing like that has happened to my sisters, one is a doctor and the other married to a doctor. They would never go out with someone with that type of character. I dont buy leykis and people who call into that show, its like fantasy land.
That really is cruel to play on emotions like that even if you think they are misguided. None of the women I go out with would fall for that so I just cant see that working, Im sure there you could manipulate some trusting naive girls with that, but thats just sick. and you missed the point. if the woman is true to her convictions, she won't fall for the hail mary. so it only stings the manipulative women who are using it as an excuse to get a ring. it only weeds out the evil, the good will spare themselves. it is beautiful. if none of the women you go out with would fall for it, cheers to your good taste. but they sure can put on a good guise at times, pretty things that they are.

If you think that talking a woman into an abortion makes her evil then there is nothing I can say about that. The majority of women arent evil either, sure there are evil bitches but you should weed them out before putting yourself in the position like that. Regardless, youre missing the point, using deception like that is just plain wrong. People may choose to live their lives like that, more power to them, but their comes a time when you look back at your life and look at what kind of life you have lead, to look at the footprints that youve left. Oh, thats an easy one, I would be for having the kid. In fact, my last gf, one of the reasons why it didnt work out was that she was opposed to having a baby. I wouldnt sacrifice my future child in order to change the rest of my life like that, I dont want to look back in ten years and wish I could have my son that I aborted. Just deal with it, having a child is a very beautiful thing, life would only get better. Ive had a few anxious moments in the past along those lines. Just have to deal with your destiny and fate. Life goes on and it is what you make of it.
