speaking of black metal.. i hate almost all of it, but ive been listening to xasthur lately. i can tolerate most of his work. stuff that doesnt make me cringe would be:

xasthur
wolves in the throne room
absonus noctis
belketre

anything with synths or operatic theatre shit can seriously eat a dick. i cant take your band seriously if you got the name from lord of the rings or if you frolic in the woods dressed in leather gear.
