the lesser known exercises

I'm quite a newbie and i was wondering if any of you useful individuals have sites with diagrams on the lesser known exercises such as military press. This may be unknown to me because im in Australia but i'm not speaking for all australians, so just to be sure, any info, also known as's or URL's would be gratefully accepted. Thanks.
