The IGF Thread

I'm starting next week, going to run IGF 60/mg post work out. I will be injecting ed in glutes and quads only, IM for 30 days. I'll be running this with 60/mg T bol for 30 days also, that's it. I'll keep you posted. My second run I will run E3d to monitor any differences.
 
52 21 30..seems like you really believe in IGF...I am going to be bridging soon between two test prop cycles...would you say that a couple mg of IGF....ran at 40mcg ed for 50 days would be a good way to put on a couple pounds in between cycles? I just have heard so many mixed reviews about it... It seems like you have gotton good results from it...

Yes that's a great way to use it. Start at 40 and see how it goes. I wouldn't go higher than 60. And yes I do believe in it very much. My advice would be to get it in powder form and reconstitute it yourself. I only say this because my first experience was with a prep that was already reconstituted and I didnt see much from it at all. When I started getting it in powder form is when it started working it's magic. As far as knowing it's working, you should notice increased pumps within days of starting usage. As you progres you'll likely lose some bf and improve vascularity. The one thing you wont get is strength from it, but if you're between cycles just add some creatine and with the IGF you'll feel like you're on.

Just remember, you'll be able to eat lots of clean, complex carbs without gaining fat when using IGF-1. This also helps with the pumps and some small gains in LBM. Just remember to pin immediately post workout. That's when the receptors are up-regulated in the muscles you just trained, and you'll get the most out of the IGF. After prolonged use though, despite how careful you are with post-workout dosing, you might start to notice a slight protrusion in your upper abdomen. The intesines actually have the highest concentration of IGF-1 receptors in the body, which is why you want to pin pwo to minimize the IGF hitting the intestines' receptors. But again, this is after very, very prolonged use. Like the pro's with GH gut. It's the same thing.
