OK so I have been off schedule, my workout on Saturday was squats and built up to 350x5. Pretty hard, I started gm'ing it up but its all good. Also did bench on Sunday and hit 305x3 or 5 i cant remember. Today I have 225x5 hang clean and 205x5 bb military. ill post some vids!
