Beginning thoughts: Still not on a routine so I just hit chest shoulders tris.
Workout:
Bench: 135x10, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 335x3 PR
Standing BB BTN Military: 135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 215x3 PR
Dips: bw x 10, bw+45x6, bw+100x6, bw+145x6, bw+170x5 PR
Stretching: N/A
Running: 3x300m
Supplements: multi, fish oil, 1 dieselbolan, 3 beastdrol
How many hrs sleep night before: 8
***Good workout with 3 PR's. I need to be consistent with stretching tho.
