Week 1 workout#2

Beginning thoughts: Still not on a routine so I just hit chest shoulders tris.

Workout:
Bench: 135x10, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 335x3 PR
Standing BB BTN Military: 135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 215x3 PR
Dips: bw x 10, bw+45x6, bw+100x6, bw+145x6, bw+170x5 PR

Stretching: N/A

Running: 3x300m

Supplements: multi, fish oil, 1 dieselbolan, 3 beastdrol

How many hrs sleep night before: 8


***Good workout with 3 PR's. I need to be consistent with stretching tho.
 
Damn nice pr's! Lol I checked out an army rotc battalion and did a trainign exercise with them and a bunch of them were dipping and chewing it was funny lol. one guy was a beast though he benched 225x20 at bodyweight 205 and still got good pt scores. Wow dips at 170x5 and bench at 335x3? Not to mention 215x3 bb btn press.....shiiiiiitttt.

Running: N/A

***Killed the squats! Got it on video so ill post it tmr. Deads felt a little heavy since its been 2 months, i love them idk why i stopped!
 
Oh shit I thought for a second there you benched 405x2 lol. Either way that's some serious weight, good job on squats man.
