THE DIFINITIVE way to cycle Clen.

What the hell is it? I've been doing searches and everyone some guys are doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, others say 3 on 1 off, I'm finding a million different therories.

When I did clen the old fashoned was, it was

Week 1 - 60-120mcg
Week 2 - 60-120mcg
Week3 - Off
Week 4 - Off
Repat

I've got the 40mcg tablets, not the liquid so I can measure it accurately. Its really not for me, but my friend who has never done anything and just wants to use the clen to cut up. So its for a novice, no AAS experience.

What do you suggest? Thanks

A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab
until the side effects are not tolerable

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

What else do I need to know?

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
 
youre going ot have trouble finding a definitive response, since last i looked, pharmacologists are still arguing about how it works for fatloss exactly...hence difficulty extrapolating mechanisms of action etc in the context of fatloss and rebound

(id do shortish cycles - days on, rather than weeks, myself)

Doing short cycles makes no sense. The half life is 36 hours.

To answer the question it is best to cycle on and off in a 2 on/2 off week fashion if you are not going to use T3. If you are using T3 you can take it much longer. I don't go longer than 6 weeks on due to the possibility of adrenal burn out.

im not talking 3 day cycles, im talking more like 10 on 6 off sort of thing. the major issue in my mind is rebound.

So, if I take T3 along with Clen, I can use both for up to six weeks straight?
 
i have seen some people say that Benadryl somehow upregulates the bata2, allowing you to run it longer like t3 might, but i can not give you any facts. Something to look for.
 
I havent experienced any rebound. Except for some reason it always seems as I come off...I drop a few more pounds...this could be due to half-life or merely antecdotal type evidence.

I have tried the benadryl this last week. Will report if I notice any differences.

So, if I run Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off like everyone suggests and I use T3 at the same time, do I run T3 even in the off weeks? How long is the maximum suggested time to be on T3, assuming I taper up and taper down, but don't go above say 100-125 mcg per day?

I still suggest the 2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF. Alternating OFF weeks of Clen with ECA.

Yeah. You can even stay on the T3 in the off period and then start up the clen again. This has worked for me and countless others.

So, if I do a 6-week cycle of T3 and a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off/2 weeks on cycle of Clen during that 6 weeks, would it be good to pyramid the T3 dosage so that when I am in the 2 week off period from Clen, I am taking the higher doses of T3? I'd like taper up to 100-125 mcg and then taper down the same way I tapered up.

Does T3 lose effectiveness when it is taken in the absence of Clen? Or would either one be a good cycle on their own? Just better together?

Sorry if these questions sound stupid. I'm just reading about a lot of different ways to do these cycles and I want to figure out which one would be the best for a first-timer.

I started off with .25 mls a day for the first three days and then kicked it up today to .50ml and the sides are tolerable. I'll stick with .50ml ed for another week and then bump it up to .60ml during week 2. Week 3 i'll jack it up to .70ml, and week 4 will be .80ml.

I'm not going to break at the ussual 2 week point. After doing alot of research and reading, Clen's best effects take place after 2 weeks, and best results occur after 3 weeks of {continual} usage.
