Hang in there my good buddy. I had my worst lows in my twenties. I'm way more even keel now. I enjoy the highs more and know the lows will pass soon.

i baked a cake for my son today - it's his birthday - and ate almost 1/2 of it. I feel sick.

luckily, it was a smallish angel food cake - so I can try and add it toward my protein intake.

You're doing the right thing IMO. Get the career and then worry about finding a woman. I couldn't do that, I was always looking. Damn I love women. They are my achilles heal.
