So far i've been cutting for the past 4 weeks, and i really do believe that 'cheat meals' really do help in terms of getting your metabolism back on track. And yes they do helpe you stay sane. Also when i have my cheat days( which is actually only two cheat meals) i cant stop taking a shit that whole day!
