Hey guys im 6 feet tall and 210lbs, at around 18% body fat give or take. I used to be a big time hockey player, with a really lean and strong physique, but now that i have given that up (its only been a year though) im starting to get out of shape.Im trying to eventually get to around 190lbs at <10% body fat. Is it better to cut first to around 175ish and then bulk? Reason i ask is i feel if i bulk and gain back the muscle i used to have it'll be alot easier to cut due to the increase in need of calories a day. I lift 5 days a week with everything i got. My technique and workouts are those of my hockey days and are quite vigorous. Only issue is that my ankle prevents me from doing alot of cardio, so cutting is going to be a bitch. Advice? And my diet is also very lean with about ~180g of protein a day and 150grams of carbs.
