How does that work? Coconut oil is solid at room temperature.

Depends where you are. Its solid here in AU in winter but liquid for the rest of the year.

So it seems that clearly GSO is the most common.
Any advice from anyone on proper dosing, mixing, vacuum etc???

I don't know about whats the best but my training partner is sensitive to various oils. lots of UGL gear gives him lumps where the same gear is fine for me. Anything I've brewed with GSO he has been fine with so I stick with it. I'm just using grocery store GSO.
