The best AS for strength

Quick question for you guys...

what percentage of strength would you say you keep after coming off a cycle?i was just wondering. I know alot of it is relative to pct diet and training afterwards as well, but in general.

Would say you average a 10-20 percent decrease coming off? More or less?

Honestly I dont lose that much strength at all after coming off... I maintain a very very strict workout regimine post cycle in order to keep the rebound as low as possible. Overall I honestly can say that I dont lose more than 5% of my overall strength gains when coming off.... but then again, I dont do 20+ week cycles and get my bench up above 400 either, heh. If that were the case, maybe it would be a little more difficult to retain that much of the gains post cycle. :Chef:
