Hey guys,

I had a fair look around to see some reviews on this cookbook and have not found much. Unfortunately i dont have a plat membership and can't use the search feature so there is probably something there but have missed or not gone far enough back. I have a reasonable diet and am starting to fine tune it too loose some fat. This will be my first attempt at leening up and hopefully gaining some lean muscle. I dont want to get down to 4% bodyfat or anything like that but to get some decent definition. My question is whats everyones review on this book or what would you recommend as a diet book for bodybulding?

Also on cardio i am doing a fast walk to jog on an empty stomach in the morning 3 x a week and was wondering if adding in a fast walk in the evening for 30mins 2 x a week would be detrimental to muscle mass?

I bought it. LIKE IT ALOT! Very common sense after you read it. And the author IS a chef and lifter. Cant go wrong there.
