how much can u do without straps? Maybe adding straps will help add strength to my bb rows. a 315x4 bench compared to a 195x6 bb row is just a ridiculous imbalance....

Probably around 225..
BB rows is to me, strictly a back exercise.. I dont want to get my grip involved, hence why I take grip out of equation with straps.. Which means I am using raw lat power and not forearm strength lol
 
have you ever seen the newbs walk in with those huge hooks that look like wolverine's claws lol...I lmao everytime I see something like that. (sorry I know its off topic, i had to put that out there tho) I got the old school cotton straps, they're a life saver.

Taking second in a few mins..

I am also on forma and letro to combat gyno, so I am dry dry dry, less pumped, painful joints.. But they arent that bad today so maybe the osta did something..

Used a new needle and old syring last night to pin 500iu HCG.

seems like your cycle has been good, i remember when i did my first real cycle 100mg of winstrol 6weeks. My balls hurt and the left one was shrunk with no PCT at all... ill tell you no libido for ages, bitchy, dident train for 1-3months, just learn me that pct is a must :D
