lol poor Jens :) you'll get used to the shoes, remember to practice, and practice some more.

Try stretching.

I don't know if I could do the double cardio days :worried: luckily for me, I don't have to, to get ready for competitions.

Tomorrow is a cardio day for me too. I can't wait until the next 2 weeks are over.
 
Jen, stretch those calves. I assume you wear sneakers most of the time. I would wear lower heels (3-4 inches) throught out the day to get your legs use to being in that position. I wear heels so much, I can't wear flats or sneakers too long.

I have really bad cramps. Being a woman really sucks.

Every time I go up the stairs I stretch them out on the stairs.....still - whew!! Just standing in them is hard!! Who knew?

Less than 1 month to go!!
 
The entire last 28 days has just caught up to me and I'm tired like a MOFO but I am soooo not ready to get back to normal life!!!
I want to go out and shoot some pool and get sauced again but I can't seem to get hold of anyone who is up for it. :rolleyes:

Got up today - beautiful morning - and went for a run. 1 Cardio session down!! 1 more to go!!
