Slept through my workout today. Oh well, it was just "arms day" anyway.

Worked a 6 hour shift, then went for a bike ride. Beautiful day here today. Now I'm about to wash some clothes, eat some food, and have a few beers with the GF. No work tomorrow either whohooo!

Came home from vacation yesterday relaxed and happy. Went to work today and now I'm stressed and pissed off. It's almost like an adult day care center. Buncha fuckin whiners there!!

So after my workout today, I was taking my BCAAs and 1 broke in my throat. Gross and just now the fish oil capsule broke too, that tastes even worse!
