Alright everyone! Have to send a massive shout-out to NeedTo!!! This guy is unreal in the best possible way! What started as a miscommunication turned into the best customer service experiance I have ever had! (and I have worked customer service before so I know what it is like to be on both sides of it)!! The way he handles business and values people and his drive to make sure things are right, are purely unheard of. The world would truly be a better place if there were more people like NeedTo!

As far as I am concerned, I am a customer for life and will do whatever I can to help NeedTo and his brand!!

Can't thank you enough big guy! Looking forward to the new stuff coming in and will update as I go through it.

I'll bump this thread and add that I also had the best customer service experience of my life with needto and his company... they really do care about keeping their customers satisfied, even if you're a first-time buyer! I swear someone looking at some of the posts on this site would assume "they're the sponsor, so they obviously have reps posting this crap all over the forums," but I ain't a rep and this company really does deserve some recognition for standing out amongst all the BS-peddling supplement companies that make up most of the industry. Keep it up needto and you'll go far

Best thing anyone can do is tell a friend. When a friend says something to you often it means a lot more. So I always ask that everyone just tell some friends.
