I am going to say something from my heart - needto pours everything into making sure 100% of his customers are 100% satisfied. If that means sending you free shit to make up for an out of stock or temporary issue, he will. He is the best I've seen at communication and customer service. The best.
I have no doubt in my mind he will take care of you. But do yourself a favor - sit back and take a deep breath and realize mistakes happen. Since I joined this site not too long ago the MOST help i've gotten was from needto. I had a question about a product, I called the business number, and spoke with Nathan for about 40 minutes. How often do you hear about speaking directly to the owner of a suppliment business on a product question. The dude is legit, he is a man of his word. Even if its for a bitch ass cry baby like you.

one thing I can tell you is the forged lean mass is the bomb it is 20 mg of neast and 20 mg diesel with 10 mg atd an ai.
THat alone retails for 80-90 else where. Many places sold it Rick can verify this. Hes certainly not trying to screw anyone that product is an upgrade and you could run it alone as a single cycle.

So rather then make them wait, and also rather then send a order with out it or send a order with a product that was not as good. I sent a bottle of forged lean mass. Its a 2 caps a day dose. take 2 caps of this product is like take 4 beastdrol 2 deiselbolan and a full dose of Ai's ed. I sell the product whole sale for 65.00 a unit and other sites are charging anywhere from 85.00 to 125.00 bucks a bottle for it. This product would take the beastdrol bull and fuck it in the ass. It would take the deiselbolan tank and play with it like a toy.

In a nut shell i feel like a dick.
This was the first order i have ever placed with you. I have however ordered from multiple other sites and as far as customer service goes its zero. I had not considered that you would actually send me free product to hold me over until the beastdrol was sent out, or that after my negative post about your site you would defuse my bad karma, up grade my membership, much less write 7.5 paragraph on this thread.
Only assumed that you guys were packing up shop, cleaning off the shelf's of pro's & otc and getting out of the supplement game. That i got stuck with a product i didnt know any thing about and didnt order.
The forged lean mass is some good stuff i have started a cycle with it and epi and will be happy with the results im sure. I cant even accept a bottle of beastdrol and then keep the forged on top of that. I have never experienced any one do business like your company online before much respect.

Ya I saved some money an stocked up on protien on sale but they were out of the boobie and steak flavor all they had left was the ass flavor so I'll be ordering from needto now that it's in stock.... I was checking out needtos store and the prices are STUPID!!!! 48.99 I was thinking not bad for a 3lb der and come to find out it's 5lbs and I got a coupon code and the price dropt even more!!!
