I just wanted to thank everyone on here. You guys on here with your support are changing my life more then you all know. with youe advice in the last couple months i lost 10% body fat and i lost over 25 pounds. i was real over weight 6 months ago. 6 months ago i weighed 318pounds and before i got a job as a contractor in Afghanistan i dropped to 277 pounds and 35% body fat. now i am down to the weight i was at when i played defensive line in HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!! and im 30 years old now. so with everyone help and diet information i have become a "new me" and i feel better then i have in years. now i need more advice guys. im going to be starting the beastdrol starter stack. now i need more diet advise. right now i eat 3 eggs and a little bacon, oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, lunch is a piece of meat, salad, a little rice and i take fruit back to my tent if i get hungry before dinner. and dinner the same but no rice. just the meat and salad and for dessert i eat fresh fruit and i mix in a little yogurt. this is what i eat now. but im wondering what i will need to eat to get the most out of this beastdrol stack. i got the gym covered i got a decent work out. but i want to work on my diet. i got a couple other guys i go to the gym with and we push eachother real hard. i dont mean to make this so long but i could use some help. thanks guys. this site, with the help of all you guys has changed a big mans life and you dont even know it. i just want to thank you all again. your good bros on here. thanks
 
Great to hear you hve benefited from EF and i think the majority of us all have learnt at the very least something from here. Mate first of all sign up for an account with FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and enter in your daily food intake. It will give you your total daily calories/protein/carbs/fats. I recently posted my diet on here in that manner and so far with some helpfull advice am on track. As an example of a way to lay it out here is a link to my recent diet post.

cool man thanks im setting it up right now actually. i found alot of other good stuff on here too about calorie intake and stuff like that i saved it all so i can keep reading over it. im doing good now so im pretty motivated to keep going. i wanna look good the next time i see my wife.
