Thank You

I want to thank all of you who for giving out helpful tips, constructive criticism, opnions, experiences that we could learn from, routines, blah blah blah. I just wanted to say, without this board, literally, I would not be where I am at today as far as weightlifting skill goes. I am far from any goals that I haven't set for myeslf, I am just lifting for fun, but while I am at it, also to try to look better. I have learned that lifting is a SCIENCE, and thatit isn't about how much you can lift on a particular exercise. Thanks goes out to these peeps in no particular order, and if I forget anyone, speak up!

I know I haven't done anything, but just want to say good job...you have said that you have come a long way and I think that is a great accomplishment for anyone! Hope you continue to do well! You know that you have my support!

awesome. well, here is my story. I started going to the gym 3 years ago, and became part of the bench press and curls crew. I didnt get much results from doing whatever I was doing in that time frame. then I found this site, and I learned from it, exercises and routines. and then I learned that DIET is such an important thing. for about 9 months, I have been on a streak where almost everyweek, something has improved, little by little, but results nonetheless. I dont do AS(and quite honestly, I dont know what what is considered AS), but I do take protein shakes as a supplement to my diet. from the time I found this site to now, I have improved more than in those three years that I spent at the gym. I never knew what exercises to do except for the machines, and the typical bench, arm exercises, lat pulldowns, everything a newbie would do. now, I have the confidence to try out a new exercise, AND I have the confidence of going light on an exercises such as squats, deads, since safety is a key factor something most people at my gym dont consider.

I'd just thought I'd share another uplifting experience from yours truly.
