So im starting off my first log on the board to log Test Reta and Motsc from @Unitedau and @Southern Cross Labs

Stats: 105.7kg

Height: 6 ft plus

Most recent evolt bodyscan has me around 17ish % bodyfat(hard to believe), Diet and weight training and cardio down from 130kg and always stall at around 100-102kg(stringy)

Goals: For the next 3 months im aiming to recomp and lose 7kg, have been stalled at this weight for the past 2 months, Yes I know the scales can lie and mess with your head.

Diet: Focusing on protein rich foods target is around 2100-2300 Calories per day consisting of 230g Carbs and Protein, 51g fat.

Training experience: On and off for many years, but locked in for the past 12 months(Natural till recently starting TRT)

Sleep: Averaging 7hours with some days above 8

Training: Push Pull legs Split 6 days a week

Weights: Focus on form with full range of motion and slow eccentric

Push: Lat raises, Chest press, Incline Chest flys, Shoulder press, Face pulls, Tricep Pushdowns

Pull: Hammer Curls, Latt pulldowns, Low row/Bent over row, Bicep curl machine, Pull down machine

Legs: Deadlifts, Hack squat, Seated calf raises, Leg press calf raises, Leg press, Seated Leg extension, Seated Leg curl

Cardio: Treadmill incline 13-15 degrees 5-6kmph keeping heart rate within zone 2
Steps goal 12000 per day, haven’t met this goal in the past month or so

Started my testosterone journey late last year after years of training natural, with only recently stepping above a Trt dose.
Those photo was taken after push day, I find doing alot of face pulls keeps previous shoulder issues away, most likely being more front delt dominant in training in years past.

My legs were alittle rubbery after 20 minutes of cardio feels alittle short to what im used to doing.

Felt great being on the higher dose of Motsc which i took close to my workout, the 140kg deadlifts moved easily, no belt just strap, should bring up the warm up weight and do less reps. probably in coming weeks and workouts I can push this higher.

Took tuesday off gym, have been shooting @Unitedau BPC TB and Cartalax into my upper forearm each morning has started to improve the tennis elbow, lets hope I can be back to normal soon.

I think i might have to ramp up my starting speed as my heart rate today was relatively low doing cardio today, speed towards the end of the cardio was 6-7kmph

Elbow continues to improve with the bpc tb cartilax from @Unitedau which has been great, hoping to continue improving in the coming weeks and be back to peak on lateral raises.

Daily pinning is so easy with this stuff from @Southern Cross Labs, Using a 29g Unisharp due to its extra measurements for precise dosing and Southern Cross Labs oils are super easy to pull with these insulin pins.

Training today was me again trying out a different gym some of the machines were precor which on cable exercises seemed alittle too easy so weights are alittle higher than with hammer strength equipment.
For dinner I tried to cook a chicken mince spaghetti bolognese didnt really taste great but the macros were there, have spare for another 2 meals as I tried to cook bulk mince.

Wasnt a great workout but I made the most of it in a small gym.

Alittle housekeeping.
Got tired of a 7 day vitamin organiser which resulted in me taking all my vitamins all at once in the morning(instead of spread throughout the day) with food to something I picked up on Aliexpress, alittle more work and everything in prep to set it up but it works well. Having an entire month of vitamins and pills laid out, putting the melatonin in the evening ones ensures that I take melatonin early enough to assist with sleep.

Do you have a full sleep stack supps and peptides?
currently taking a NOW 3mg melatonin, and a piping rock 5mg fast dizolve which usually I try keep sublingual, its raspberry flavour so its hard to not want to eat it.
3mg now is in as my nightly supp, only issue with this organiser is Im cramming so many pills and the vitamin c I currently use is a lozenge type, which are quite large.

Yeah I only had 25mg caps which I dosed around the workout. Which is originally why I was thinking of using tbol due to it's longer half-life. Even then since introducing var I've seen decent improvements in lifts
If it’s caps I wouldn’t bother unless they are 5-10mg. Anything not timed accordingly will cause highs and lows. No different to testosterone frequently injecting giving better hormonal balanced across all markers but also keep blood pressure better regulated as opposed to one shot a week.

Originally planned to run 50mg of var being 2x 25mg caps per day of a shorter cycle, but opted for a low and slow approach as it was my first time using the compound.
 
Great log update the pill boxes for supps look super useful too, im splitting supps into two doses and its alot but my blood work is way better these days so supps work well. Legs looking solid 💪

I think it also comes down to experience and knowlage. I feel I know enough that yeah the 6hr split isn't perfectly ideal but it's been designed and programmed in a smart sensible way that fits life and goals. I do believe it's something not everyone can do

It doesn’t have to be smack bam every 6 hours. Give or take couple won’t change anything. It’s more about splitting the dose as even as possible through the day. I am with you, theirs days it’s achievable and days where your luck to get a full day in due to life commitments and of course sleep. We try our best to our ability.😊

You took the right and sensible approach with dose and focusing on 25mg. It’s fine if you can’t split it but for first time use and multiple future cycles, 30mg is a great dose, considering it’s dosed right and of course it’s real.

Actually the vendors janoshik for 25mg caps showed they were overdosed to 30mg and I did sublingual administration splitting the cap and letting it sit for 20 minutes 1-2 hours pre workout, even did the wash down with grapefruit juice trick.

I havnt set it up correctly so amounts are not correct. Should get the premium version at some point. Did play around with some other apps which were free and terrible or sub based and expensive over time.

The testosterone vial is definitely not at that percentage.

Elbow update have been using BPC TB500 and Cartalax on my elbow tendon, each morning shooting upper forearm near the elbow tendon as possible with @Unitedau provided peptides and after 2 weeks ive had tendon issues begin to clear up, lateral rasies were the worst for this exercise and today I was repping them out with decent volume.

Post workout pinned @Unitedau IGF1 LR3 and had a protein shake. By the time I got home was really feeling a blood sugar crash and quickly wipped myself up a post workout shake (I should really plan out what post workout meals will be ahead of time)
Anyway here is a photo of what I quickly wipped up, 2-3 small bananas 300mls skim milk a serving of thick greek yogurt and WPC.

Took Sunday off to relax and chill for easter but got my steps in,
Have been at this current testosterone dose for around 4 weeks now with plans to test bloods, feeling that @Southern Cross Labs Test E has probably reached peak levels and had some great strength and agression in the gym today along with an improved elbow due to @Unitedau BPC TB Cartalax combo there were some decent improvements in strength and reps with todays Pull day workout.
Feels like things are finally coming together.

Elbow update have been using BPC TB500 and Cartalax on my elbow tendon, each morning shooting upper forearm near the elbow tendon as possible with @Unitedau provided peptides and after 2 weeks ive had tendon issues begin to clear up, lateral rasies were the worst for this exercise and today I was repping them out with decent volume.

Post workout pinned @Unitedau IGF1 LR3 and had a protein shake. By the time I got home was really feeling a blood sugar crash and quickly wipped myself up a post workout shake (I should really plan out what post workout meals will be ahead of time)
Anyway here is a photo of what I quickly wipped up, 2-3 small bananas 300mls skim milk a serving of thick greek yogurt and WPC.

I new here, I have only some basics, for instance the test, I know it can aromatize, how are you watching it to prevent the aramotisation of the test ?
Right now im just using DIM, Calcium D glucorate, and 50mg Zinc Picolinate to control estrogen and have some aromasin if It gets too high, will be doing bloods this week, I might just sit at this dose of testosterone as Im making good progress.

Only suggestion would be obviously do your lower weight sets but record the ones at the top wight value.

Eg leg extension
I would make all 3 I record at the 124kg and treat the others as feeder/ warm up sets that are not "directly" tracked

Just how I would/do do it bro 💪

I didnt mean to take Wedneday and Thursday off from workouts but still got my sleep and steps in of around 7.5 hours solid sleep due to the nice CJC IPA from @Unitedau and 13000 steps per day. Some of these exercises are PRs as these were on Lifefitness and Hammer strength equipment which im used to, stats from other workouts on other equipment has thrown off the weights on push downs/facepulls.

Here is a photo from one of my rest days, no pump, feeling like I have to deal with some loose skin around the mid section, will need to do measurements and weights as I havnt looked at the scale too much recently, and think it might be good to slow down on fatloss allowing skin time to retract.

My elbow has been feeling great thanks again to @Unitedau for supplying BPC TB and Cartalax it has been working wonders allowing me to kick goals, having added weight to dumbell curls after weeks of painful tendonitis.

Post weight photo, wearing a compression shirt under my shirt , and have added a generous amount of glycerol to my pre shakes and with Test E @Southern Cross Labs now at peak concentrations getting some great pumps, then post cardio IGF LR 3 40mcg @Unitedau

Cardio is feeling great and HR seems to be stable, should check my Blood pressure more frequently, but it has been on a downward trend last reading was 122/55 69BPM

Bit of a quick workout didnt feel as mentally dialed in for this workout but still got it done.

In the evening I gave microneedling a go on my loose skin @ a 2mm depth and plan to do this every 3 weeks and using after dipping cleaning the needles in a 100% Isoproply Alcohol solution, using a derma pen or stamp does take longer but is better than using the cheap dermarollers.
After needling I used some dupe of Bio oil which ive had hanging around, but have tried used 1-2% Ha serum topicals dont really do much sure but ive had this stuff hanging around and will use it up instead of hanging around.

With your 5-Amino-1mq dose is it 1.5mg of the injectable daily or the Oral?
Interested to hear if it's the injectable as that's quite a dose.
The Igf1lr3 that's one that I haven't seen used for a while!

Injectable form, have also done some research into Niacin into raising nad+ in blood and muscles as a cheap supplement (will add it in this week) via another pathway which should compliment the 5-amino-1mq.
In the past I have used NMN which is pricey but lacks data and recently watched a video breaking down the difference between other nad precursors and even injectable nad+ is too large to be adsorbed into cells and said to have to convert back and use the same pathway to raise nad.

Did have a few pages up nerded out on niacin and nad+ the past few days.

In terms of IGF lr3 I've been taking it locally but only subq in the trained bodypart, I've found that it will impact my blood sugar not that I have strips to test with my monitor. I feel it has had a noticeable improvement alongside the increased test in my recomp will need to take measurements today and post them. Weight(minimal water retention)hasn't moved that much but have noticed changes to vascularity in arms and upper chest, strength gains in the gym have been good also but that would be due to increased test dosage.

NMN I think is over hyped big time.
Igf1lr3 is an interesting one.
In Theory & from a few people's accounts that have used it, it should be responsible for most of the muscle growth that you get from Hgh.
It can definitely send you into a hypo & should give pronounced muscle fullness.
Keen to hear your thoughts on it after using it for a while.

Amazing update, really detailed.

One thing I can suggest is make sure to do standing calf raises always as the seated doesnt really target the gastronemius.

Intelligent shop has electric micro needling pens with changeable heads an depth/speed setting. Well worth the $100.

Yeah I have felt that my muscles have increased in density since starting, which has been something I've always wanted to improve upon. Do feel bigger and leaner, seeing more veins over my body, the stubborn fat on the other hand might take some time to disappear 🫠

Managed to get some extra supplements in to keep things going, as previously mentioned looking at adding 500mg Nicacin daily into the stack, the doctors best D3 5000iu 720 caps is enough to last 2 years was getting low on previous container.

Citrus bergamot and Nicacin should help keep my lipids in check, along with the psyllium husk im taking daily.

Retatrutide: 3mg a week - 1mg Monday/Wednesday/Friday
5-amino-1MQ:1.5mg Daily
CJC-1295/Ipamorealin:150mcg each before bed
Testosterone: 42mg Daily

Blood test results from roidsafe came back around 44 hours after they were drawn and look good outside of my SHBG being alittle high.
These results are after running 300mg per week for 4+ weeks of @Southern Cross Labs Test E, This man is making some great oils and happy to be using his stuff.
Some math to calculate this out.
300 x 5 = 1500 (Rough estimate)
54.8nmol/L × 28.84 = 1,580.4 ng/dL Nmol/L to ng/dL

Cholesterol and other markers all came back in range with slight elevation of AST outside the reference range but all things considered i did run 25mg var for 8 weeks sublingual(10-20mins), will think about using proviron or another compound to lower SHBG and will use Southern Cross Labs Aromasin 10mg Twice a week to bring back E2 alittle, no plans to increase the testosterone dosage after these results.

Onto the workout I didnt do post weights cardio as I usually do i was advised against it.

I did take 20mcg of clen pre I dont usually take it, threw it in for some fat burning today low dose.
Great workout back to pushing heavy on lifts even full stack on some of the exercises.

Clean oils that draw through a 29g smooth tells you everything about the carrier quality. Solid push day brother 💪
