Got some mad shit going on at work atm. Trainings been a struggle have had to deload twice this week.
See photo for exercises weight and reps.
First set of block pulls moved nice this week. Then died in the ass.
deload is good when you overload bro

Haha trust me brother I know. I pull 260kg conventional last comp.
This prep we’re trying to get more leg engagement hence the trap bars and sumos.
I don't l know if we will continue the sumo

Conventional just yet. See what my coach says. Sumo is oddly more comfortable though 🙃

1am wake up today (5.5 hours sleep)

My coach has programmed hypertrophy focused block for August. I was missing to many lifts and struggling mentally to push through. Minor speed bump this should get me back on track for October.
Work stress hasn’t subsided another reason for losing focus in the gym.
