2x stair master at LVL 8 for 10 mins
1x Assault bike @ 5mins 45off 15 on

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Only just had a touchdown from Sassy today so I will update this as we further go along.


Adjustments Made:
I’ve been on 350T 700M for 4 weeks now starting next week we will go to 800M 400T. Fat burners have remain unchanged for a while and probably will stay like that. Very much looking forward to adding Sassys Cialis in on a training day.


Progress Updates/Weight Changes:
Still getting visually leaner with weight hardly moving been hovering around 96-97 for a while now but visually improving.

Visual updates: I’ll add some photos as we go along on a training day


General Comments: Honestly feeling really good , very motivated and headstrong to absolutely kill this prep and come in big and diced. Huge thanks to Sassy and the team for having me on.

Hey brother thought id answer this as no doubt ill get some questions related, I was born with a genetic condition which essentially causes muscles in my legs to atrophy/ not be able to grow as well as other parts.

Thought id bring you a quick little log update:
Trained chest and tri’s tonight looking really full and grainy tonight. Workout was as follows:
Incline cable fly ( 15,12,10)
Incline plate loaded chest press ( 12,10,6)
Chest flye Db-flat ( 15,12)
Smith machine bench press ( 15,12,8)
Overhead tricep extension (15,12)
I think the hammer might get dropped on food this week but I will keep you all posted when it does.

Nothing has really changed diet wise macros are more so the same and cardio has now been basically dropped to 13k steps p/ day only now.
PED wise we’ve introduced Tren Ace in at 100mg p/w just to give ourselves a slight little bump in fat loss and clen has titrated up to 80mcg.
