Currently taking 125mg of test e, but once I get started on sponsorship products this will be changing to test e, npp, EQ and adrol. Will also be taking 0.5mg adex eod. Undecided on cycle length at this stage.)

Adrol - 150mg ed

i like your cycle pretty big but not a huge fan of stacking npp with eq, you do thi cycle before?

1. Barbell Bench Press
(4 sets of 8-12 reps) @ 70kg


2. Incline Dumbbell Press
(3 sets of 10-15 reps) @ 22.5kg


3. Cable Flyes
(3 sets of 12-15 reps) @ 12.5kg


4. Tricep Pushdowns
(4 sets of 10-12 reps) @ 30kg


5. Overhead cable rope Extension
(3 sets of 12-15) @ 20kg

@JuicedMech-DJ This is a solid leg training session. Always nice to finish out with some staining leg curls really. Gotta make sure you work those hamstrings.

@JuicedMech-DJ bros standing leg curls and leg extensions are my favorite leg training exercises. they look good! i agree with the guys above. this is the way to hit the legs!
