Starting a new Log here as I am now with @GENTEXLaboratories and running brand new compounds.
I am over the moon with my progress at the moment since starting with @GENTEXLaboratories and running his gear.
Sitting at 98kg, Abs showing, veins popping fkn everywhere even in my legs, calves and my traps!!
Only downfall at the moment has been my shoulders causing major problems and has been hindering my training especially training chest I have barely been able to do many exercises cos of the pain and ROM.
However @GENTEXLaboratories quality products are keeping me in shape and keeping my muscle mass on.
My boy Gentex also hooked me up with some peptides: BPC 157 & TB 500 Which i am using currently to heal up my shoulders so I can get back properly into training and gaining.

CHEST DAY
Shoulders have been pretty bad even my “good” shoulder has been pretty sore around my AC joint most likely due to overcompensating for my bad shoulder.
Despite that we are still up and at it doin what needs to be done and handling what i can handle and doing what i can do, theres always a way to get things done even when youre knee deep in shit.
Currently sitting at 98-99kg and looking very lean especially my arms and back, my abs are popping out more and more but there is still a small layer of fat covering the bottom area of my abdomen. Veins are starting to pop out in my traps, neck, delts, calves etc.
Loving being lean HOWEVER my joints especially my elbows have been feeling dry and fuckin sore as especially if i am not completely hydrated.
I put the dry joints down to potentially the proviron and anavar drying me right out. Looks good but hurts.
Diet is pretty decent I change meals up alot but generally will consist everyday of chicken, tuna, white rice, protein shakes and bars plus some bananas and other lil protein snacks here and there.
I have already displayed my macros and cal intake in a previous post but im eating a fair bit at the moment yet I feel like im burning up calories like crazyy I think its the Anavar honestly its like Im in a deficit no matter how much I eat.
