I have a few simple questions about this. First, should I eat around the same time as injecting? Is there any specifics I should know to avoid downfalls or increase benefits. anything will help, thanks so much.

i think you posted last night on this, but ill give you the low down. Eat a ton of protein and protein drinks. keep fat low and carbs medium. keep your diet very clean. drink a ton of water and make sure you hit a protein shake first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep and asap after workout..tuna fish is great...take a tea spoon of flaxseed oil each day. front load the test ie 400 mgs first 4 weeks, 300 second 3, and 200 the last one. i feel testorona is a little dirty and honestly might be fake, but good luck. kill the weights 1 body part 1 time a week. do light cardio and lots of abs....take liver x and cranclense as well....drink lots more water,,,,should grow nicely

i almost forgot the most important part. take clomid two weeks before your done and for three weeks after...very important to keep your gains...i would also hit creatine for a month afterwards, 7 grams a day...clomid is maditory, not optional

i would pay more than 2-3 cents per miligram. so to run 100 mgs a day, would cost 1 -2 bones a day

I just first want to say if you do under 400mgs/week of the Enanthate you will not see the results you are looking for and my opinion would be to have at a min of 2 bottles which would give you 10 weeks at this dosage... So if you dont have enough get enough... You just wont see what you are looking for... As far as what you eat around injection time, nothing that you wouldnt have already planned... If you werent about to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack etc at that time dont do it just because you injected... Enanthate takes awhile to become active so it will not be affected by the food you eat right at that moment, just stay on your normal high protein diet...

enanthate is the type of test your taking. i find it to be be fast acting but holds a lot of water, less than cyp in my opinion.
