Testing Whey for Protein Concentration?

no one has any ideas about this? I am just trying to figure out if any of the manuf's are scammers. I buy my whey based on whats cheapest $/gm.

Is there even a way to test one's on piss for protein secretion (ie. take a shitload of the whey and see what you piss out.)
