Test Stack 17 Log

Subject is a 56 Y/O male, 200 LBs, 12 percent BF. Been training 5 days a week for the last year. Started at 242 LBs, 27 percent BF. goal is 214 LBs at 7 percent BF.

Day 2: 2 caps at 5am, normal daily diet: oatmeal, eggs, tuna, protein bars and meat/salad.

Tri/bi day: pre work out at 4pm, at gym by 5pm, nice work out, no adverse effects. Seem to be a tad aggressive? Maybe placebo effect, but time will tell.

I noticed a bit of aggression when I ran Test Stack as well, so that is normal
 
Day 3: two caps at 4:30 am, at work by 5:45 am; pre-work out at 4:05pm at gym by 5 pm: ABs and legs: personal best on leg press (750 lbs in high school) 10@130, 10@170 and 3sets of 10@200, time for squats, lol. 15 lb gain in leg extension to 10@70lbs 3 sets.
100 (2 sets of 50) sit ups with 100lbs. Not too bad for an old man!

Day 3: two caps at 4:30 am and off to work. Same diet as day 2, 2900 calories, 240 grams of protein. Today is an off day.

I am feeling great, either it's test stack or coincidence, but we'll see over the next week if I feel the same.

Day 5: after a two day break, chest day; test subject has added 15 to 25 lbs to each set: flies, bench and rear delts, endurance seems greatly improved. Ready for day 6, shoulders and traps.

Starting to surprise myself, I'm liking this.

Day 6: great workout today, I'm stoked. So far Test Stack 17 has helped me reach new levels in my lifting. Should these effects continue, gains in size cannot be far behind.

Day 7: as usual, two caps upon awakening. Good tri workout, but disappointing bicep workout, I guess I have to spend more time on biceps. Recovery from work outs seem shorter.

Day 8: off today, Abs/legs tomorrow. Started Test Stack 17 a week ago, trained 5 days. Had better workouts, shorter recovery time. Weighed 204 one week ago, weighed 204 this morning. Consumed 2900 plus calories each day, all clean, 215 grams of protein each day minimum.

I feel great, so I'm going to stay with the program for the rest of the month and see how this goes!

Day 9: feel great but leg press was disappointing, only 2 sets at 200 Lbs and two sets at 190. Perhaps increasing to 3 caps a day may help with an additional boost. Abs pretty much the same as last work out, not disappointing. I have to put this behind me and stay motivated.

Tomorrow is chest day, would love to kill it tomorrow.

Day 10: three caps at 4:30 am, pwo (JYM) at 4pm; Chest work out was "OK" chest and arms got pumped but this was not as successful as last week, but I'm motivated that I am at least progressing in strength and endurance than previously experienced without Test Stack 17, the wife likes the results too (wink).

Also experiencing cramps in traps and back.

Perhaps my bro's at EF have a product that could give me a good kick in the ass?

Day 11: off day, three caps 4:30 am. Still having muscle cramps in the back. Very uncomfortable. Good thing Day 12 is back day.

Day 12: back to 2 caps at 4:30 am, back workout went well, worked out any muscle cramps, will supp per the above to avoid cramps. Noticed small gains in weight for back day.

Day 13: 2 caps at 9am, PWO at 9:30 with 3g taurine. Shoulder and trap day, didn't kill it but a good wo. 3 g creatine post wo. Feeling great.

Day 14: 2 caps test 17, PWO, 4G taurine and 5g creatine, arm day, nice wo, no muscle cramps (Ty Rick).

Two weeks of steady and regular use of Test Stack 17, small lift gains, still better than without it.

Day 15: off day. Official weigh in at 204, no gain/loss now for 12 weeks. (Last two weeks on test stack 17)

On the up side, I feel great and I look forward to Ab and Leg day tomorrow. I remain committed.

Hey pfd, sorry to say I haven't used any other method than getting a mathematic approximation based on mass body index, so at this point I haven't any way to tell other than the mirror. A good question, thought it has only been two weeks, time to get an accurate BF measurement for this research.

Re calculated BF using BMI. BF is 14 percent not the 12 percent previously published. Time for calipers.

Day 16: nice leg wo, skipped abs to do squats (haven't done squats in 35 years) went light on squats 150lbs, will now add squats to leg day. My legs are rubber now, LOL.

Day 17: chest day; I feel like I killed it today, feel mild cramping in right trap but totally bearable due to 4G taurine as part of prewo. I wish every wo would be this successful.

Review of this log indicates I'm having more back to back good work outs than before.

Day 19: after some good wo's damn cramp/Charlie horse in right trap during back wo. Hate to sound like a bitch but this isn't "good" pain. 8g of taurine today.... Most of my lifts are definitely 20/40 lbs heavier than 19 days ago with the exception of lat pull downs due to this damn Charlie horse, ok enough complaining, back on the horse tomorrow; git er done!

need to drink more water.. I wouldn't mess with ibuprofen bro at all.. if you are a lifter you should never take any type of PK

Hydration is definitely very important. One gallon per day should be the minimum. I would aim for 1.5 or so
 
make sure your getting your electrolyte minerals with that water as well. If your like me that water will run right through you without. test stack gave me great str and endurance but my libido plummeted for some reason. i tried all different dosages.
 
Day 23; now today was a great leg wo, squats and all. Water intake is over a gallon for the past two days, also changed PWO to Jacked, finished up JYM official weigh-in: 204 LBs

Day 24: Good chest wo, feeling yesterday's leg wo, feels great. Have plenty of hydration over a gallon of water, now going to dial in the diet, I eat clean so it may just be portion size. Hope I feel the chest wo tomorrow the same as I feel the leg wo today.

Day 27: I started getting some intense pain in the right pectoral, come to find out I gave the ligaments there some trauma on day 24, hyperindexing my arm on the butterfly machine, sucks getting old. Taking another day or so off, don't want to cause further injury.

Ok we'll haven't had a log entry this week, had a minor set back on Sunday, get out of hospital tomorrow , time to crank it up again. BTW, bloodwork showed test levels through the roof. Lol
