Test E without bb

If you were making test E without using BB, what would the numbers be for 10 grams test e. Something like
10 grm test e powder
4 ml BA
32 ml cotton or grape seed oil

2%Ba
Ethyl oleate or a mixture of EO and GSO.

also where is the best place to get bb or e\o. or am I not supposed to ask that. its a legal solvent.
