Test E / NPP log!!!

I don't really feel revved up. I've actually been kind of lethargic in the gym. I go through week phases like that though.

I'm betting your lethargy may be diet related. Have you lowered carbs or overall cals lately? You have to feed some of these compounds (especially nandrolones) plenty of carbs to avoid feeling like death sometimes

That's interesting Rick(the nandrolone). Are you basing that on something you have read or from your and/or others experience? I will be running NPP in a matter of weeks hopefully on what basically will remain a cutting diet. I may up my carbs from around 100 to around 200 but you now have me wondering.
 
Yeah normally on test by itself I have more energy, some mild trouble sleeping. Right now I'm sleepy quite a lot but that's due to the beast I'm taking. Definitely helping me get lots of good recovery sleep though! Once the test E kicks in more fully you shouldn't have energy issues. How's your diet? Added a lot of carbs lately?

Yeah bro I carb the fuck out... I basically stay on steak chicken rice an potatoe
 
Sometimes when I overload on carbs I get sleepy for a little while, especially if I just recently upped my carb intake. Gotta get enough carbs to feed your body but not so much you go into a thanksgiving-like food coma :)

No I actually have increased... I'm trying to put on as much mass as I can during this cycle. Without laying out my whole diet it's basically

1st meal - 5 eggs 1 cup oatmeal with fruit and a protein shake

4 meals after that consisting of white rice / chicken / potatoe / steak / salad

3 tbsp of olive oil throughout the day

2 mass shakes 1 right before bed.

As stupid as it sounds some days my lethargy in the gym just comes from feeling "small" and lately my strength has been half of what it normally is for some reason, idk why
 
Felt it kick in today, muscles not getting fatigued, strength is up and that "animal" feeling in the gym is there. Some aggression too... Loving it so far. LETS GET BIG!!!!!!!

Ok so I figure ill post some pictures just so everyone knows where I'm at. The first picture will be what I looked like nAtty before doing epistane, the second ones will be after epistane cycle and what I look like going into this one... We will see what happens
 
Libido I extremely high... Today is day 10. I am experiencing a tiredness all the time though... Yawning constantly in the gym which I don't like at all. And now that I think about it I've been tired for a couple months now. Maybe I should go get bloods done and talk to a doctor. Strength has been down too. I was struggling benching 225x3 which is not good for me. Still waiting for the strength and energy increases I guess...

Any above normal test for me and I get tired. I require 8-9 hrs of sleep a night just to function. Still yawn all day.

If you get bloods done now its not going to show much IMHO.... RBC, hemocrit ect will all be high, Lipids might be a little off. Stuff for your doctor to go WFT! about if he's not aprised of your situation.
