Test E / NPP log!!!

Started my first injectable cycle yesterday!! Super excited, right now I'm

I will be doing

Test E - 500mg 12 weeks
NPP - 100mg EOD 10 weeks
Aromasin 12.5 EOD
Caber on hand if needed


PCT
Clomid 25/25/25/25
Unleashed / post cycle
DAA
Forma stanZol

Hellz yeah bro, same cycle I'm running except I'm doing my NPP MWF and Sat. night, so 400mg/week. And I kicked mine off with beast at 30mg/day :) You'll enjoy the cycle bro, NPP is great stuff for lean mass as long as your diet is in check. You looking mostly for size with this cycle? Gonna do anything at the end, like SARMS or anything after PCT? I'm thinking of adding some OSTA during PCT and S4 after that!

Yes I want to pack on as much mass as possible. What do u think my diet should be like? An I'm not real knowledge about sarms but I will look into that next.
 
Would def like to follow the results as I'm leaning towards an npp cycle around jan. also I think running osta and maybe even some gw during pct would be sweet.

I prefer a clean bulk these days. When I was in my early 20's I needed 6k cals to put on weight so I ate whatever I could to get the cals in! Now I just eat clean but lots of it, one cheat meal a week usually. Chicken breasts, lean ground beef and steak mostly for protein. Also egg whites and some cottage cheese. Rice, sweet potatoes, oats mainly for carbs, and plenty of fruits and veggies. I'm aiming more for a recomp on this as I'm not quite as lean as you so my cals will vary btw 3k( under maintanence) to 4-4.5k( over maintanence). As long as your diet is pretty clean and you've got estrogen and prolactin under control you should be able to keep the calories pretty high and just let the test/NPP add the mass! It'll be my first time with SARMS after this cycle too, but I'm excited to see how much it'll help me keep my gains! Once bigbassturd finishes his katana v3.0 log I may add that in at the end too :)
 
Did second pin today. Not hungry which is very unusual. Going to force food in anyway. Hitting legs tonight. First pin was in the shoulder with a 25G / 1 inch and it hurt like a bitch. Did 25G - 5/8 today in the quad and barly felt it. Get huge!!!
 
i've done the same cycle, did it for 16weeks tho, added 30lb before pct, alot of water of course, but both strength and size came fast! my fav bulk cycle so far!
 
I'm thinking about starting IF( intermittent fasting) diet on this lean bulker/recomp. It'll be easier than carrying 4 or 5 meals with me to work with no guarantee I'll get to eat them on time, and I can more easily change fasting window when I go through my frequent shift changes. This is gonna be the most awesome cycle to date sinister! Let's KILL THIS!
 
Hit legs tonight and it was a struggle. I was breathing extreme heavy after 2 reps and my strength was off by a lot. Don't know if its related or not. Hopefully will go away soon

Day 4... Only noticeable effect is trouble sleeping. Did second pin today. 250mg test E and 100mg NPP

Probably from the short esters. Prop kicks in real quick and elevates the whole CNS if that makes sense. Makes you feel like your a little rev'd up at first. At least it does for me the first week or so.

I don't really feel revved up. I've actually been kind of lethargic in the gym. I go through week phases like that though.
 
Yeah normally on test by itself I have more energy, some mild trouble sleeping. Right now I'm sleepy quite a lot but that's due to the beast I'm taking. Definitely helping me get lots of good recovery sleep though! Once the test E kicks in more fully you shouldn't have energy issues. How's your diet? Added a lot of carbs lately?

I'm betting your lethargy may be diet related. Have you lowered carbs or overall cals lately? You have to feed some of these compounds (especially nandrolones) plenty of carbs to avoid feeling like death sometimes

That's interesting Rick(the nandrolone). Are you basing that on something you have read or from your and/or others experience? I will be running NPP in a matter of weeks hopefully on what basically will remain a cutting diet. I may up my carbs from around 100 to around 200 but you now have me wondering.

Yeah bro I carb the fuck out... I basically stay on steak chicken rice an potatoe
 
Sometimes when I overload on carbs I get sleepy for a little while, especially if I just recently upped my carb intake. Gotta get enough carbs to feed your body but not so much you go into a thanksgiving-like food coma :)

No I actually have increased... I'm trying to put on as much mass as I can during this cycle. Without laying out my whole diet it's basically

1st meal - 5 eggs 1 cup oatmeal with fruit and a protein shake

4 meals after that consisting of white rice / chicken / potatoe / steak / salad

3 tbsp of olive oil throughout the day

2 mass shakes 1 right before bed.

As stupid as it sounds some days my lethargy in the gym just comes from feeling "small" and lately my strength has been half of what it normally is for some reason, idk why
 
Felt it kick in today, muscles not getting fatigued, strength is up and that "animal" feeling in the gym is there. Some aggression too... Loving it so far. LETS GET BIG!!!!!!!

Ok so I figure ill post some pictures just so everyone knows where I'm at. The first picture will be what I looked like nAtty before doing epistane, the second ones will be after epistane cycle and what I look like going into this one... We will see what happens

If you get bloods done now its not going to show much IMHO.... RBC, hemocrit ect will all be high, Lipids might be a little off. Stuff for your doctor to go WFT! about if he's not aprised of your situation.
 
Nice work there sinist! I kept my kcal at 4500, eating clean everyday except one cheatmeal a week! Had six meals a day, each around 700kcal.

Isn't it more common to have a lot of energy when running AAS though? And when I go to my doctor I will tell him what I'm doing... He's not a cop and he can only try to help
 
I am definetly experiencing some bloat... Shirts all fitting tighter And people are saying things to me about being bigger... Strength is slowly going up. Hungry all the time. Excited!!
 
My nipples are sensitive as fuck and my clothes all fitting tighter, even though whn I look in the mirror to me I look the same. Startin to take aromasin tomorrow. Still feel generally the same
 
Im 6'3 and I got to 265 on my last anadrol deca test e cycle. I felt bigger but was not that impressed. Got a picture beside a buddy and finally hit me how much bigger I was haha. Tight clothes was nice too.

I'm going to wait probably another 2 weeks to step on the scale: sense starting my new job it's been harder to eat and I need to get it under control

Yes, almost everyone I see. But I worked at the gym I go to for a Long time and even though I looked good while I was there my mass has started to increase dramatically

Although I feel like I am losing weight because I Am ALWAYS hungry!!! An my waist is getting slimmer. But the scale doesn't lie and my body looks bigger. FUCK yeah!!! Hoping to put on 20lbs this cycle.
Possibly going to throw in DBOL

you should add Winstrol since you dont need to kick start the cycle anymore
why Dbol!!! NPP already kicked in. also nandrones are good with joints so winstrol wont give u any joints issues

^^ I'd go with winny too. + You'll gain alot of weight on that cycle if you eat well, keep pushing hard and you'll be verry pleased! Good luck and keep us updated! Throw in some pics if you have time :)
 
I love dbol, definitely my favorite thing to add to test. But it will add a lot of water to you and your will not look as cut. So I would also recommend winny.

Winny will do some amazing things to the body. I gain good weight on it and it doesn't give me water weight. I also love the strength gains from it :)

Isn't winny usualy made for cutting though? Are the sides bad? My main goal for this cycle is bulking

Yeah I think I'm going to stick to what I'm doing... It seems to be kicking in prett well around this time. Plus money is always an issue. I don't have mad money at my disposal

Subbed! The best advice I can give you is don't add more stuff. Keep it simple keep riding the high and good feelings your having. More doesn't equal better it can just cause more sides and high bp, lethargy. If your feeling good why change it up! Keep up the good work homie 7 lbs is a good start:)!!

Yeah I'm going to stick to jus this... I think the test is only just now startin to kick in... Strength is going up everyday and I literally am not fitting
Into any of my clothes already. I gained 7 pounds just over the last 7 days or so... I don't feel bloated at all although my face is retaining a little
