Test e flu? Help!!!

Ok guys, I am worried because I started getting a fever, dizziness, and loss of apetite plus soreness throughout my body... This is my first Test E cycle and the symptoms appeared the next day early 3-4 in the morning... I pinned in my quad and it was fine until the next day and i was in agonizing pain that I barely could walk. I am limping right now as I speak and just awoke from a 3 hour sleep because of the symptoms it's hard to sleep.
Should I be worried? I did a search on the test flu and it seemed like some people get this beacuase their body is reacting to a forein matter and increase in test all of a sudden... But later today is due for my 2nd shot but I am scared I will get worse if I do decide to inject.... I also feel weak and feel like shit that I missed my training session last night.... Can somone advise me in what I should do? I still want to go through this cycle but if I feel like this the day after every inject, how would even be able to go to the gym? My meals are already cut in half because of loss of appetite. Any help would be appreciated!

Btw the test I am takiing is the iranian 250

I forgot I only took 1 ampule of 250mg its not even like I toook all 500...

I went through the same shit, just tough it out...eventually it goes away. As long as the site isnt red or hot to the touch (infection) then youll be ok... I remember those days !

The injection site is not hot or red or anything but PAINFUL! It doesnt hurt as much as it did when it first started but it feels like i got surgery and putting pressure on it hurts like a bitch! Also I've been taking ibuprofen and it seems to help with my fever symptoms but still no energy to hit the gym and Im frustrated.(anyone with ocd to train knows the feeling) My question is should I take my next shot? and did you get the same symptoms I'm feeling and took your first shot? I want to go on with the cycle but not if I can't even train and feel like Im on the verge of dying. Defeats the purpose of taking gear and bed ridden, not being able to eat!

Ok, the injection site pain is bearable so I'm not worried about that too much but what about my fever and flu symptoms? It doesnt sound too normal... I'm scared I might have an infection? but theres no redness or swelling but I have a fever and feel real sick... I read that these symptoms could mean infection? arghhh

This might sound a little stupid but you really might have or be getting the Flu. Lots of people get it right after the holidays since they are around so many people. Just saying.

I feel a little better than yesterday, and yea, I know i thought it was that but I know how I feel when having the real flu and I am not coughing or anything whatsoever. And it happens that these symptoms appeared as soon as my quad was hurting like crazy... I'm gunna probably delay my next inject till tomorrow(delayed 1 day) I inject 250mg Sun & Wed. Hopefully I dont feel this way again.

Test flu is very common. I get it on almost every test cycle....

Stick it out.it will get Better and easier. Yor body needs to get used to it.it's a foriegn substance to your body. Happend to me and I'm sure 9% of us.
