Hey guys, first post, fist cycle question, typical. I'm about to start my first cycle, I'm 27, 5ft 10, about 165 pounds body fat 13 - 15% range (assumption), about 3 years of actual worth while weight training experience, couple years reasonable to good nutrition, about 3500 calories 350 protein currently.
Week 1 - 10 test e 250
Week 1 - 10 deca 250
Both shots Monday
Week 13 begin pct hcg + nova
Was put on to this cycle by a friends relative, the guy knows his **** been in a few bb comps, is In fully in the whole scene it would seem. Wondering if anybody else has done a similar cycle, I know a lot of people say 500 test but he's, adamant this is the way to go.
Anybody ran a similar cycle before?
