stoked! 2nd cycle. First was test/dbol/prohormone at end

CYCLE:
test - 500mg week 1-12
deca - 400mg week 1-10
anadrol - 50-100mg week 1-4
hcg - 250iu 2x ew week 3-10
aromasin as needed

PCT:
clomid - 50mg week 14-19
nolva - 20mg week 14-17
aromasin - 12.5mg e3d week 14-19
Sustain alpha - 5 pumps ED week 14-17
UNLEASHED - 6 pills ED week 14-17

DIET:
meal 1: 3 eggs, 2 cups milk, 2 pieces ww bread, 2tbsp Peanut butter
meal 2: 2 pieces bread, 4-5 slices turkey, 1.5cups milk, mayo+mustard
meal 3: 2 pieces bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, jelly, 1.5cups milk
meal 4: 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 35g whey (or 35g of your protein)
meal 5: 1.5 cups cottage cheese
meal 6: 1.5 cups milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 35g whey (or 35g your protein)
meal 7: 60z chicken

total cals - 4,005
total protein - 284 (1.5g/lb)



STATS: 5'9", 192lbs. 10% BF. My main goal is to get to 210 and then cut down to 200 at 9%bf. Then be able to maintain 200 with a diet that is suited for 1 200lb person at 9%

One question. By the time I start I will have been off since June 7th (last test e shot). I am starting in October. That will be 4 months off including PCT. I figure thats enough time? I wont be doing another cycle till next summer.

Hah! I knew you'd be back on cycle sooner or later.

That looks like a devistating mass stack right there. The little bit of Test and Deca I did made me grow like a weed. Anadrol looks like fun. You should be able to hit your goals, I believe.

you can start pct a week sooner imo.
How did you get your cals. 284 protein is 1136 cals, lets say there is 100 grams of fat (which I dont think there is that much) 900 cals. thats means there is 492.25 grams of carbs in there for a total of 1969 cals, which I dont see. do you know the macro's for fats and carbs?
what other supps are you taking, get some creatine and glutamine in there.
After pct, try to stay at your weight for at least a couple of months for your body to get used to that weight, then when it comes time for spring, you can start cutting and then get into a spring cutter ( you said next summer for the 3rd cycle but I don;t believe it! lol) you don't want to start cutting right away after your cycle.

DIET:

My cycle was pretty mild dude. 250mg Test E, 200mg Deca, 9 weeks I put on some SERIOUS mass, but this was my first injectible cycle so my receptors were fresh.

your diet sucks in my opinion, eat more solid food... red meats, chicken, just seems too clean and too little of it, nice bulking cycle, you should be eating all that you can

hmm. Well i do have a lot of dairy (half gallon milk + cottage cheese) but I think its pretty good. I know what youre saying though. Sweet potatoes for ww bread, lean meat instead of milk so i cut out more sugar, but this is pretty much the best I can do with all the school and work I have. I do have a bunch of chicken breasts

I take advantage of every cycle i run bro, my next bulker, im going to eat like a madman, im replacing my current diet of chicken, halibut, salmon, tuna, talipia, and my carbs oats and brown rice to lots of red meats, chicken and few fish, and carbs to mostly potatoes sweet potatoes and some brown rice, and oats in the am... If i were you i would cook 4-5 meals a time, grill some chicken, some rice and store them in tubware and take it with you everywhere you go...

I have a question for after the cycle. Can I keep lifting heavy since I wont feel joint pain whle On? im worried that ill be lifting heavy and my tendons wont keep up. Kinda sucks but id hate to have an injury. I never stretch either which I probably should

I have the same problem, on or off, i always try to lift heavy as possible without sacrificing good form of course... when im on just feels so good, and when i come off, i dont want to lower the weight, but this caused me to have major shoulder pains, and wrist pains, im still hurting time to time now, ive been off for 13 weeks, but September its ON again lol just go with the flow, and if the weight feels right then keep lifting heavy, but i wouldnt risk it, injury is a mf
 
and if your worried about keeping your gains, for me it all comes down to diet, when i come off i still eat as much protein, i just lower my carbs a little at night
 
your going to blow up...dont be scared to go heavy your young, dont limit yourself to that diet if your still hungry
 
I did the same cycle before (test/deca/anadrol).

I did the anadrol for 5 weeks and test/deca for 12 weeks.

You will get incredibly strong over night from the drol, that stuff is insane.

Ok, I guess ill know if i am going to heavy. I probably wont try to max 1rep shit or anything but still keep it heavy (12>)

ill for sure keep my diet good.And ill be eating like a mother fucker, i wanna blow up. I am learning a lot more from diet, because i am maintaining 193 and i was never able to do that and its like no shit i wasnte eating enough as i am now. lol

BW: 194 (215)
bench - 275x5 (315X5)
squat - 295x5 (335x5)
deadlift - 315x5 (not the greatest form) (365x5)
bb row - 175x5 (225x5)
dips - 145+bw x 6 (180x10)
pullups - 12 (20)
bb military - 160x5 (205x5)

Im currently running a 5x5 program so my lifts should all go up even more before i start.

Haha thanks bro, yea its very convenient. Each slice of bread is 110 cals and each cup of milk is 140 cals. So every day im getting 660 cals(6slices bread) + 1120(8 cups milk) = 1780 cals! And if im keeping my 6 pack why change it? In the future when my metabolism slows down ill probably switch some bread for some sweet potatoes and milk for some more meat, but for now its easy gets me cals and im growing and not getting fat!

hopefully i dont bloat up from the drol/deca/test. Seems like a real bloater to me. Im starting once i get my financial aid HAHA so that should be in about 4-5 weeks!

With a few differences.
1-8 750mg sustanon (EOD basically)
1-8 450-600mg deca wk
1-6 50mg anadrol ED


Diet will be different, nothing but ground beef. chicken when I get sick of ground beef. Along with about a half loaf of whole wheat bread a day made into natty PB sandwiches, whole milk shakes, lots of olive oil and oats too.
I was 275 two weeks ago, but I have been struggling with my appetite last week so i'm down to about 267-268. Gonna try to hit 300 with this cycle.

Beautiful compound movement routine bro. The only thing I would add after seeing your pics before would just be some extra press downs for triceps to bring them out.
Do you do your deads on leg day or back day? I'm loving the deads right now cause I cant squat again yet(knee surgery). But i'm still doing them (and BB rows) on the smith so I have more stability and control and isolation.

hey ceo I understand you're a mod so why do you say things like that in the aas forum? this isn't chat and we both know that you are just trying to make a point that I don't know what to do as a personal trainer. I'd expect help from a mod. I tell them to stretch on their own time because we only get 30 minutes with each client

They are coming to you not knowing how to workout and you expect them to know how to stretch on their own? Bro, it is your responsibility to teach them how to stretch (they are paying you after all).

Of course not every one of your clients will have the same stretching protocol, just as not every one of them has the same workout plan. As for having only 30 minutes, you can show them one or two stretches at a time. That only takes a couple minutes. You show them a stretch at the end and have them practice it at home. The next time at the end of the training, have them show you the stretch you taught them last time and correct any mistakes they're making, then show them another stretch. Next session, they show the first stretch again (hopefully they have it right so they don't have to show you a third time), then they show the last stretch you taught them, then you teach a new one.

If you don't know any stretches, I suggest you google some up.

I have tendonitis in my back elbows(tri insertion) from doing skull crushers in my early 20's. Mind you I was using too much weight because of test. Its taken alot of deep tissue and acupressure massage to get to a point where I can do the things I do nowadays. (didnt work out at all from age 25-32). So my poit is, BE CAREFUL. If you have to do skulls, use a lighter weight for higher reps. Make your rep a 4 second rep. 2 seconds on the positive, 2 seconds on the negative with strict form. Take shorter rests in between sets too like 45 seconds. This will blast the fuck out of them just as real heavy weight will.
My suggestion would be instead of skulls, do lots of rope and straight bar press downs and if you have a seated dip machine to use you can lean forward or back and play with palm placement and find the sweet spot that isolated your tri's. Just a suggestion though;).

But gladiator, your diet is indeed interesting...I would personally just add all the protein you can...as your body will be ACHING to create new muscle and needing that precious protein.

But its like you said, you're not getting fat, and you're staying at 193. So it must be working for you.

Ive only been on my diet for about a week at 4000+ cals every day, and im around 193, 194. Most i was was 194.8 and least ive been is 193. im pretty stoked about this cycle!

I will be getting 300g of protein and any extra will be great too. This will be a lot more than my last cycle. I will keep a log when I start! And ill be getting my PR's for sure!:p

Eat more good calories. 4000 is a nice number for your size, but I would add 100 grams of protein. Trade some of that bread for sweet potatoes. Throw down on some whole wheat pasta, make 10oz of sirloin into meat balls and munch that down. I like how much milk your drinking though. Gotta get that red meat. Big hunks of chicken. No lunch meat. That shit sucks. Variety is the spice of life man, red meat and d milk are the foods of animals. Ill bite a chunk out of a cows neck if I leave my damn lunch at home. Seems like my strength went up when I ate a lot of d, and then it went up when I ate a lot of red meat too.
 
as a result of the thread bump, I went and read the entire thread. I have extremely similar stats as him pre-cycle and my physique looks very similar to his.

How exactly did he do on his cycle? Did he gain a lot? Gain or lose fat? etc
 
Does anybody think anadrol 50mg and tren will work similar to his cycle? It's all I can get my hands on and I've done it twice but I'm not getting the results I thought I would. Any suggestions on how or
When to start anadrol durring the cycle. I was told to do the 1 cc of tren every other day for the whole six week cycle and start the anadrol for the last four weeks. Does this sound right?
