Test Cypionate (200 mg/week) for life?

Went to my Endrochronologist and he prescribed to me Test Cypionate (200 mg/week) until whenever. I asked if I should take any PCT drugs and he said only if I am trying to have a baby. What do you guys think? My concerned is that if I am on Test Cyp for an extended duration, it will really suppress my system beyond the little it is doing now. I'm sure that I can get a prescription from him for either clomid or HCG.

200 is a fairly high HRT doseage. But, everyone is different. Anyway, you are right to assume your own test production(you did not mention if you are primary or secondary hypo, but if secondary) will for sure dry up. I would suggest a small dose of HCG at least twice per week.

Periodic blood testing gives a patient and Dr the data they need to make dosage adjustment decisions.

IMO .... 200 mg p/w is high and will eventually cause a shutdown of the natural system. I'd have thought that 75 mg p/w + 3-4 iu HGH p/w + 0.25 amiridex three times a week to be more in line with HRT.

Even that combo needs adjustment as the body responds.

Chances are youve shut your natural test down. I would go off about 10 to
12 weeks and start some solid PCT. HGH is a must unless you want raisens for the rest of your life. Are you sure you dont want children? Maybe your test levels are low but at 22 they shouldnt be unless you shut your system down with trama or early AAS abuse.

I have found with HGC combined with Arimidex and Tribulus helps bring my natural test levels up. Even at 38 I dont want to become sterile.

Are you on any anti estrogens? Or does your doctor like men with breasts?
I would switch to an anti aging doctor. They like upper realm test levels and offer full protection and PCT. Sounds to me your Endo is doing half the job!

I presume you mean HCG and not HGH and HGC.

Your endo is not treating you properly you should be on HCG 250iu 3x/wk once the T levels have stabilised and not messing about with cycles it is a replacement therapy and thus is a lifelong continuous process to replicat natural production 200mg seems off the charts

Not my experience. Test is test.

E and c can be injected every 10 days and that is convenient for patients. Test p eod and suspension ed. Not convenient. Drs are hesitant to have you inject yourself for insurance reasons.

Bio-identical topical, not androgel, is the closest to natural test.

The reason is that it is a slowly hydrolysed ester that allows one a week dosing with body levels staying pretty constant within that period so best option injection wise for steady levels

Its effects last 24 hrs if you time it right you can get a peak and dip to match circadian rythem ie pk morning dip off at night

most people i know are 200-250mg per week if you get 125mg I dont see why people freak out over getting up to 200mg. You can grow and thats not that much more. If you read through all post ...I can see a shift to people who switch to 200mg a week and they all report better results.

I just got my prescription from my doc 100mg every week of test cypionate. I am not trying to gain muscle just recover from a previous cycle that I had to stop half way thru. In addition she prescribed Arimidex as an anit-E (as my estrogeon was on the high side) and Finasteride for cholesterol and anti hairloss. She also prescribed I take HCG throuought the whole cycle which will be 8-10 weeks. This way my body starts to produce its own test and by the time PCT comes about I will not have any crashes. It's all about getting the right doctor.

Donot remember what she said verbatim but basically she said when test levels go up so does DHT which can also raise cholesterol. Which is a big issue with me personally having high choleterol in my family. She also suggested prostate supplement which i will be getting too! it' a profolactic but better safe than sorry!

Because cypionate is available primarily in the U.S. and enanthate in Europe.

Lots of guys on rxmuscle are getting 200-400mg/week from their HRT docs...seems crazy to me but I'm just the messenger.

my hrt test c script is for 260mg per week. been on it for almost 2 years
