Would like some opinions on my cycle please. As I've aged, I've absorbed more knowledge that has contradicted what I knew before and I find this to be increasing in this industry. Before I give my cycle, here is my history.
- 6 years experience with gear.
- Very low tolerance to androgens (easily breakout with severe acne at dosages considered "average" [500mg/wk], horrible temper, get big & strong way too fast [torn muscles twice in the past and learned lesson, horrible stretch marks back in the day still visible but not a constant deep purple like in my dumb days, lost my hair on one side of my head more than the other, bitch tits [had them removed], had most success at no more than 333mg wk [1 1/3 cc of test 250] for 15 weeks [2 10ml bottles, ran twice a year with various stacks over the years)
- 32 years old
- used to be a lean 220 lbs at my best at 6ft, 8% bodyfat, vascular.
- got into motorcycle accident a little over three years ago, coma for two months, plate in my head, had to re-learn to talk, walk, but slowly it came. Was only on liquids for food administered to me, was 175 lbs of bone and skin when I came to. Went through rehab and got back to normal speech and motor skills within 15 months. Ate everything in sight, got depressed, yatta, yatta, yatta. Ate myself to 310 lbs. Never again.
- Lost 40 lbs on my own over six months about 1.5 years ago. Got to 270, but was still over 30% bf.
- Earlier this year, ran Test cyp 200mg/wk and EQ 400mg/wk for 10 weeks, 10mg nolva daily thru cycle, then 20mg daily for 4 weeks after. Took a 4 month break. Down to 235 and 16% bf as of last week, very hard, muscles are dense, last fat pockets are on my upper thighs, ass, stomach and a little on the chest. Very happy with results.
-2500 calories a day, 60% protein 30% carb 10% fat over six meals daily, 40g protein each meal, gallon of water daily before I hit the gym in the evening, multivitamin, omega 3s, milk thistle.
Now here is my next cycle I started last week and my reasoning for it:
- Test 250 cyp 333mg/wk and Winny Injectable 100mg/wk 15 weeks(50mg on Monday and 50mg on Thursday alternating shoulders for injection), 10mg nolva throughout, 20mg nolva 4 weeks after. Diet and supps stay the same.
I realize that most of you will think the test is not enough, but it's really what my body responds successfully to without all the nasty side effects after numerous failed attempts. The nolva really balances me out good with the test at the lower dose. I also realize that many of you will say 15 weeks of winny is way too toxic on the liver. However, after experimenting for nearly 4 years and fucking myself up in a number of ways with different cycles, this test 250 and winny cycle freakin chiseled me up and I just couldn't imagine my physique any better. Also, it turned out 100mg/wk of winny for 15 weeks wasn't that hard on me. My levels were off normal on my blood tests, but only a few percentage points. Had three blood tests each cycle for the first year with the same results, so I stuck with it. No joint pain.
My questions are, are there any of you who are like me that can't take much test? Literally, with 200mg a week, I grow and puff up like the average guy doing 500mg.
Anyone else have success running winny at low dosages long term also?
The reason why I ask is I'm wondering if I could handle an increase in my winny amount let's say on a 10 week stretch (150 mg/wk...75mg/monday, 75mg/thursday) and I'm curious if there is anyone else out there like me who can relate.
