Ordered HCGenerate and LipoFlame, which after 3 days I have determined to be the FIRST and ONLY fat burner that has ever been physically tolerable for me. It got here 3 days after I ordered it, I ordered on a sunday. Ive placed like 6 orders with NTBM.com, and they never take more than 3 days to get you your package, they practically force you to take a discount on their products, and the only company with a better warranty is Craftsman hand tools, which extends from the original purchaser to all future owners until they end of time! Seriously, at NTBM these guys will let you run a whole bottle empty then return it for a refund if you want to... Fuckin A+ Company in service and product quality. I think they expect a more discerning customer, so they know that to get ahead of the big names they have to make a NOTICEABLY superior product. NTBM has acccomplished this on all levels. Never thought I would be gushing - or even thinking - about customer service from a supplement company, but theirs is as noticeable and top notch as their one of a kind products. Great Experience, 10 out of 10 - the only improvement would be more samples with the orders, and letting the customer have an input in choices of samples sent to them at ordering time wh, in situations when one is going to be sent. I have been sent free samples I will not use, and still wonder about products like Forged Burner, LipoStim, and the Protein Bars... while I get samples of protein powder, which I will likely never order as I have my own protein that I really enjoy, even after drinking it every day for a couple years. Also, it would be a good idea to send out samples of products that make you unique, like the pancakes and bar mix, that you dont see from other companies. People dont know to look for them, but that would increase awareness... I know I dont even know what they are, but Im intrigued!

I'm still not sure how you guys are able to manage this, do you have an army of bodybuilders who are so hopelessly crack-addict-addicted to your products that they work as shipment and fulfillment workers in exchange for supplements? I can't explain how else you're able to take such a high volume of product and move it with the speed that you do.

I ordered liver support couple weeks ago and when it got to my house the package was torn open and nothing was in it. went to the post office and bitched and they said i had to make a claim online but nothing will come of it because the item wasnt insured. needtobuildmuscle.net sent me another one free of charge and they didnt have to since it wasnt there problem. Great company and i will be a customer for life.

I have ordered 4 bottles of Beastdrol, 1 Katanadrol, PCT, Forged Liver , the bars mix... Thought they were all great products. needto always answers emails and even spoke to me 15 minutes on the phone when I got started. I haven't tried the new stuff but I am sure it is Grade A
