It works for everyone. There is no need to "stablilize" blood levels with orals. You want them active, and active in their fullest dose, right at the time during your workout and for the anabolic effect post-workout. You don't need a morning dose. Unnecessary.

Stable blood levels are always a good thing. Minimizes sides. Doesn't matter if it's oral or injectable.
 
So someone said maybe try taking 30 mg like 3 hours before you workout and then 20 mg like 6 hrs later.... Im gonna keep it at 50 mgs for a few more days and see what happens..
 
Poor kid it souunds like.....you realize on a forum with so many folks, there are going to be different camps of opinions....you keep asking the same thing, and folks from both camps will chime in, and you are geting stressed about it....pick a protocol, and run with it...maybe next time you cycle, try the other method....or read up as much as possible on your own using a search engine on this site and others, than pick a plan and stick with it....take notes for yourself so you know next time if you try it a different route at a different dose, you can compare what worked better for YOU individually...

and yea, bro you just started wow you need some patience......focus on your diet and working out hard and with proper programming, the pills arent gonna be miracle workers...
 
I think the in patience comes from reading some other ppls posts an seeing that they notice the Tbol kick in within days. Aside from that my diet is on track aside from yesterday where I had to cheat meals cause of Easter. But aside from that I usually keep my meals steady thru out the week.. Lots of chicken, but have been adding in some steak, and bought some fresh salmon to switch a bit from chicken. I have my veggies, brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes.. Etc.. Workout plan is good.. Resting 2 days a week. Have eased up on cardio.. And you know what, that was a good response you gave and advice.. I think I will run it one way and try a different way of it doesn't work.. You are right everyone had there own way of doing things.. I had to step back a bit and think about tht. So thank you for your response.. No sarcasm! Honestly thanks!
 
Taking tbol pre-workout only doesn't make sense. The half-life is too long to drive home the point on your theory. On the other hand, dbol has a shorter half-life, so taking it 3 hours before hitting the weights makes sense.

60mg of tbol is my sweetspot. 30mg upon waking with breakfast, another 30mg around dinner; saturate the blood with stable levels...it's easy with tbol.

I noticed results within a week. Train like an animal and don't rely so much on these compounds to kick in...they will.
