Is this the best approach? Or what just worked for someone specific??

It works for everyone. There is no need to "stablilize" blood levels with orals. You want them active, and active in their fullest dose, right at the time during your workout and for the anabolic effect post-workout. You don't need a morning dose. Unnecessary.
 
I was only asking because some ppl always say to spread the tabs out.. So when you say just take all of them at once it caught me by surprise..,
 
i agree this does seem strange. In anabolics 10th edition the dosage range is 15-45 for athletic performance.

My apologies if I missed the sarcasm/irony/(insert literary device), but get real.. I produce almost 10mg test ED natty. 50mg ED is a good starting point. Take pre-workout, but the 16 hour half-life is so long it won't make a big difference.

I seriously can't believe you guys would infer 10mg ED.. You must have some agenda because you've been on these boards for years. I'm out of the EF loop so who knows.
 
I think they are referring to the quality of Tbol back then.. They might be implying that the Tbol now and days is garbage.. I wouldnt know from experience. I have heard good amd bad reviews about Tbol tho. I guess I will wait and see if I notice ANYTHINHG different these next few days.. If not I'm gonna up the dose a bit more.. That's for the feedback tho guys...
 
Then that's even more ridiculous. 99% USP is more than available and the argument holds: 10mg = natty, 50mg = just getting started. Tbol is the best standalone oral for beginners IMO. It's virtually a dry dbol.

Give it some more time. Like CK said it is mild but it's your first so 50 should be plenty as long it's legit.
 
I hope it's legit too... It's from the GP line.. Little pink triangles with the GP logo on one side.. Got them from my boy naps..
