I love the stuff man.. My shoulder doesn't hurt and my skin looks much better than it used to. Makes my nails grow crazy fst ha

I notice my nails growing way fast too even on 2 mgs / week. I may just run 2mgs a week forever and not go to Maintanence

Ride it like you stole it!!

I was doing some more searching and reading and found this thread from another forum.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta 4) - Melanotan Forum

Nothing super spectacular but a few little tidbits of interesting info. The OP in the thread is recommending 10mg wk though!!! Damn.
Still searching and reading....wanting to try TB500 SOOOOOOOO bad. I have been in the middle of a two week construction project at my house. So I havnt been able to train (what little i can even do with my fucked up elbow and other shit right now)
But the "work" has been kicking my ass. Grabbing, lifting, pushing boards and other things in a jerking type way has stressed my elbows and forearms to the max. Nothing like the controlled gym movements. My forearms are a solid knot from elbow to hand. Everything aches like hell.
My wife wants me to get a PET scan before trying TB500 though(cancer screening). From everything I am reading it wont cause it. But if you have it or happen to develope it it will make it spread whereas it normally may not. Thats kinda scary. But thats the only down side i can see with TB.

Nice BTC...will definitely read this when have better mobile connection. That is funny you say that you are getting a workout doing manual labor lol...totally different use of muscles huh? Like you said in a gym...controlled movements, but with manual labor...recruits different muscles, tendons, and ligaments. I work as a supervisor for a DPW and we do all kinds of physical labor from digging/trenching, lifting and installing hydrants, 6"-12" water valves, ductile iron pipe, hand rod sewers, install concrete, respond to winter storms...very taxing work on the body bro! Kind of humbles you a bit...all my co-workers and employees always call me over to help them lift things because I train and bodybuild...but you have to be careful especially with your back and neck, lifting odd or awkward things like bags of concrete, 10-12' lumber, stuff like that can result in a pulled muscle, strained tendon, or even disc issues. Tb500 has been helping my wife and I out at just 2 mg EW after loading 5 mg EW in the beginning...that and a new bed!

Mostly ....my brachiallis are all fucked up on both sides causing everything. When all was good a few months ago I was getting pain on the first 2-3 heavy reps on BB bench press. Only on the negative. But then it got better as I went on. Well turns out they are pretty inflammed and knotted to hell right now.
The quick jerking of the bicep kills it. Had this problem when I was training for professional wrestling....catching people, picking up quick for body slams ect...quick jerking motion on the biceps kill me.
On the flip side I dug a 4ft deep hole by 4' square last week to plant a big tree. Used a pick axe and shovel obviously....shoulders gave me no issues.

Heres another persons reply in a thread I found from somewhere in response to thymosin and the big C word. Makes alot of sense to me. Just thought some of you might like to read. I'll paste it :

"""how are you bro? I have been studying this pep for some time, there are studies that date back all the way to 1984 on it, and like everything else is a bit of trial and error. In the early studies Doctors noticed high amounts of thymosin in cancer patients, for example a lung cancer patient would have elevated levels in affected tissue, so it was thought that thymosin sped up the cancer process, but as they did more research and related the action of TB4 in the body, they concluded that TB4's main action was in the production of T-cells ( white cells) and therefore it was present in areas affected by cancer not to aid the disease but to fight it. Newer studies have concluded that tymosin 4 does not cause cancer , it will actually help in shrinking solid tumors since it helps produce antibodies, but it is not conclusive if it helps the spread of non-solid cancers, there have been conflicting conclusions on this subject, but I would lean for the studies that show TB4 no to aid but fight cancers, solely based on all the other benefits of the peptide. It helps with inflammation, wound healing, muscle production, tendon and ligament healing , nerve repair, even dopamine release. This is an actin that is in every human cell to help us heal so I would very much doubt it would want to kill us as well. Just my opinion from reading up on the subject, I would like to hear other points of view. God bless you. Minister. """

"An additional key factor of TB500 is that it promotes cell migration through a specific interaction with actin in the cell cytoskeleton. It has been demonstrated that a central small amino acid long-actin binding domain has both blood cell reproduction and wound healing characteristics. These characteristics are uncovered by accelerating the migration of endothelial cells and keratinocytes. It also increases the production of extracellular matrix-degrading enzymes."

^^^ does this statement mean it helps keep shit out that doesnt need to be there?
