Just because they will be evaluated by a prison psychiatrist doesn't mean it will be approved. All this ruling does is ensure that every inmate will get a proper medical evaluation. How much do you want to bet the inmate never gets approved for the procedure? I'm sure there is plenty of pressure on the prison system psychiatrist, who gets his paycheck from the prison system, to not allow it. Did I emphasize enough the doctor is not a private doctor with economic incentive to find it a necessary procedure.
