would taking supps break your fast and if so is that alright to do ? Not sure if its good to take without food. What do you think ?

and what kind of supp.

anyone who tells you otherwise has no clue about fasting because there are many many many ways to do it depending on your objective

As long as the supplements are non-caloric - they are fine to use when intermediate fasting.
