Taking Supplements

I just bought whey protein powder, glutamine, flax seed oil. Should I start with taking 1 first like whey then few days later add in glutamine, or doesnt matter, just mix them all up and start taking them all?

It is perfectly fine to "mix" them all together :)
 
Oh, yes I know its fine it mix them all into the same mixture, but I have not yet tried any protein powder, glutamine, flax seed oil. This is actually my first stack. I was wondering if I should start out with one supplement and then start taking another one in a few days. Does my body need that time to adjust to new things? Or just start taking it all on the same day? Thanks.
 
Ahhh! Protein powder + Glutamine in water is BLAH! How would mixing it into gatorade be?

Also, can you mix protein powder and glutamine into a bowl of cooked oatmeal?

What about making a smoothie shake, blend banana, yogurt, crushed ice, ice cream, milk? With protein powder and glutamine.
 
Is it fine to drink a protein (w/ glutamine) shake before bed? Or is it bad to have protein sit in you while sleeping?
 
protein is an aquired taste, haha

Actualy drinking a shake before bed is really good, it helps stop some catobolic effects which is muscle breakdown. The best protein for that is casein or like a milk/egg protein.

ANd you do all sorts or crazy things with yr shakes.... but i just make them fast and easy with water or milk
