Taking Arimidex during a cycle

I am going to be doing a 10 wek cycle of Test E. I have read that low doses of Arimidex 1/4 to 1/2 a mg per 500mg of Test E during the cycle is a good way to keep the test water retention under control, keep libido relatively stable and prevent gyno from ever starting. Anyone have any info on this?

0.5 mgs Arimidex ED should be sufficient in most cases in regards to a dosage of 500 mgs testosterone EW. This does vary depending on the individual and it may be necessary to increase the dosage to 1 mg ED.
