I have no clue but Ill warn you of this, messing around with too many stimulants does have a negative and accumulative impact on your system....whether you believe the hype or not read up on adrenal fatigue and be weary....Ive had serious medical hurdles to overcome because of it, and hammering stimulants for a long time contributed to the mess...my thyroid, cortisol, Testosterone, etc was all impacted with adrenal fatigue...
I wanted to do all this stuff when I was younger too, and ECA was legal and sold at GNC for heavens sake...but looking back really was it worth it and does it "shred you up" more than eating and training right?
In my 30s on regular HRT doses last spring I was 7.5% bodyfat via a dunk tank and not taking stimulants...instead of slugging back stimulants, I was hitting handfuls of BCAAs everytime i went in the kitchen, along with a few EFA/Fish oil/CLA caps each, and 2 or 3 protein shakes a day...just through the right kind of training and supplements, in my "old age" I leaned out as much as Ive ever been...and when I was younger I did eat strict and train my nuts off, but very often I was overtrained, as well probably taking too many stimulants, as well tons of bogus supplements whatever the new garbage was that came out I just had to try it....
I guess if you are a competitive BB you might need to do this stuff to compete, but if you are a recreational lifter and just wanting to look good, Id spare potential health risks of ECA, albuterol, clen etc whatever is out there, and work on more interval training if you are not already, and more compound lifts if you are not already, and fine tune supplementation, rest, hydration, and food...and if you want to use drugs Id venture to say using Test or AAS is healthier for ya than stimulants....
Im a newbie though, so Im just saying...I had some bad experiences from burning out my body and would like to potentially prevent some folks from making similar mistakes...
