Well, if creatine causes cancer and kidney damage as all the junk science scientists and DF journalists claim, I should have died years ago. I have been taking it since 1993. Heck, I did a research paper on it back then in my biomechanics class in college. You should have seen the eyes of my professor and fellow students when I presented my paper. I got a big phat A for that paper. The first time I took it I gained 20 solid pounds in 10 days. All my Power, and Olympic lifts shot up big time. Every time I have taken it I have had similar results. Plus it helped to bring my 100 m time down to the mid 10 Sec range. Call me crazy, but in my mind creatine is the best supplement, drug available when it comes to the health risks verses benefits you receive from taking it. The problem that people have when they take it is that they 1. Don't mix it. 2. Take diuretics 3. Don't drink gallons of water per day. 4. Don't know how to workout or eat properly period. And then they bitch about how they wasted their money and start to badmouth it.
