t3c, revex,sk*, ED : hammer day

Solid day today. Hammer couldn't make it for personal reasons and wasnt home. So revex, ed, and sk* are waiting at his door thinking he is sleeping. I try to give them directions and have no idea...this was going on for like 2 hours. Hammer gets in and calls them and gets them here lol

My observations: I need to stop fucking around and thinking about my gym numbers too much. I'm getting alot stronger in the gym...and thats just dandy but i'm a strongman not a powerlifter. I think I may combine my squat day and ME lower day and just have a separate events day. I notice i feel so much better when not doing ME work on event day. anyone have any thoughts about what i am going to do?
