Any insight anyone can give me toward these two questions would be helpful.

I guess I'm just very sensitive, but I experienced a small rebound effect after 7 weeks at 12.5mcg and 1 week at 6.25mcg. The crash did not last that long, about a week I would say (some fat gain, sluggish..etc)

^^... you gotta be careful when running T3 becasue it will burn muscle fast. I would only use it when absolutely necessary (ex. before a show). If not, stick with clen, ecy stack, and a good diet with cardio.big_boy_1 said:T3 wont enhance gains, in fact the opposite is true, youll lose some muscle.
Now i rarely use t3, as it burns off muscle too.
Prefer shorter cycles 2 weeks on 2 off.
